He is a seasoned project management professional, with technical expertise in health care management, health policy, and organizational development and is the Regional HIV program manager in Kampala/ Wakiso Region, Uganda Catholic Medical Bureau (UCMB), Uganda Episcopal Conference (UEC) with an MBA (Health Care Management) and he aims at demonstrating remarkable skills in building strategic partnerships with government and civil society which is crucial for propelling desired health outcomes.
