Mary shared whatever she had been trained with one of her relatives who had spent a while without talking to her kid. She shared the skills she had attained from the training workshop and they picked interest. So immediately she applied them and engaged this relative of hers with the kid through the phone conference conversation, so they started sharing out all their problems. They downloaded all the pain and hatred that they had for each other until their airtime got finished. The mother (relative) to the kid had to load more air time and called back to reconnect back the conservation. The discussion went on until Mary requested to let them have some more time with each other. She went off the phone so happy that she had reconnected back to this broken family and thanks to GSP.
