Mr Mbunkur Julius BUDI is a community leader with leadership and management roles in the public service, education and engineering sector in Nkambe Donga and Mantung division. Living in the north western region of Camerron, he has experienced firsthand the economic and social effects of war and political conflicts on his community. Attending the Group Support Psychotherapy training workshop in Nigeria opened his eyes to the mental health effects of war conflicts. Armed with mental health knowledge and skills, he now conducts mental health awareness campaigns in the community, screens men for depression and invites affected men to group support psychotherapy
sessions.
